Pool Area Rules

  • Pool areas are open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM
  • Pool areas are for the use of residents and their guests only 
  • No alcoholic beverages
  • No smoking
  • No offensive language
  • No loud music
  • No glass bottles in pool area
  • No climbing trees
  • No disorderly conduct
  • No loitering
  • No pets allowed in pool or spa areas
Although we have a patrol company in the evening that shuts down the pool area, please contact the Orange County Sheriff’s office at (949) 770-6011 if you see people in the pool area after hours , or who are violating the above rules. Thank you.
